In so many cases these days, people do not open e-mails, they take a glance and if they think it is not of any interest they simply delete it.

Amazingly, newsletters are opened, on average, by only 25% of the recipients. However, in the instance of our monthly newsletter, which is distributed to all our applicants and clients monthly, we have had a consistent [B]‘open rate’ [/B]of 46% over the last 9 months.

This week we were awarded with the ‘Brief Your Market’ accreditation of being the top agent for consistent open views.

The prize was a rather splendid box of branded cupcakes… a coffee and a cupcake all round this afternoon.
